Title: Sweet Cream Pie

Yield: 1 Servings

  Scald 2 cups 30% cream. Mix
2tbFlour, 4 Tbsp. sugar, 1/4
 tsSalt,
  And blend in thoroughly 2
  Egg whites (stirred with a
  Fork) and 1 tsp.
  Vanilla
  Bake at 450 F for 15 minutes
  Then 350 F to finish. Bake
  Time 25 to 30
  Minutes
  Blend in the hot cream.
  Pour into pastry lined 8"
  Pie pan.
